What Happened to Les?

Postby Les Spellman » Tue Jan 05, 2010 1:00 pm

What did happen to Les?
He used to write a lot of articles into this website.
One of them was actually helpful.
His last article on the canoe trip is unfinished.
What good is this corner if he doesn't contribute to it anymore?

So Les, tell me about the rabbits again, come on...pleaseeeee, tell me about the rabbits and the house and liv'n off the fat o' the land.

Waiting for your response,

George

Lions, Tigers and Bears...Oh My!

Well, I certainly need to finish up on my last article, which is still fresh in my feable mind.

I cannot believe that I am down to one night/week with the APA. I haven't made it to Week One on Thursday and I am already suffering from pool withdrawls. I was playing on Mondays out of the Quarterdeck and very much enjoyed that team; we wern't that competitive, but the team had fun...and isn't that what it's all about? I guess I am already on the fence about getting on another team because one night is just not enough.

My one night is on Thursdays with my buddy Harold. The team is solid, fun but nearing s/l capacity. I think we have 6, 6, 5, 5, 5, 5, 2, 2. I think that's better than a Full House! The team is qualified so I don't see any movement there; not that there would be because the chemistry is perfect; thank goodness for 2's and 3's, they are the backbone of any APA team.

Maybe I am putting out feelers for a team that could use an alternate. Hi, my name is Les Spellman, I am a s/l 6 and I might like to join your team if you need an alternate? What I mean by alternate is someone that will be there when you need him to play, but may not be there every week. Your core team would be 7 or less players and I would be the odd man out filling in as needed.

For some reason, when I talk to myself the answers become more clear...in the above case, I am just rambling to myself with you as an observer. Thanks for tuning in!

I am not sure what happened to Les?

Some say he is hanging out with Waldo and nobody can find him.
Yahoo printed a picture of an African Safari, and if you look closely, Les is amongt the Lions, Tigers and Lambs.
Apparently, Les has some kind of writer's block that has been wreaking havoc on his posts for the last several moons.
Perhaps Les needs a little motivation, something to inspire him...a subject he can chew on and ultimately spit out a masterpiece of meaningless jargon.

Got something Funny? Serious? Criminal? Insane? Contagious?

Let me have a shot at it!?

Yes, I am alive...and am happy with that fact.
